Fung, Managing Editor of HK Asia-City for a taste review. Sarah, as far as I am concerned, is an authority figure in Health and Beauty, I love her column in the HK Magazine. I told her I am ready for a good or bad review because either way, it will help us improve and grow. No news came after a couple of days and I was ready for a not-great verdict then her this came: “Hi Sarah! I really enjoyed the mini banana cupcakes. I shared them with the team and we only had good feedback! I especially liked how they were moist and not dry at all, and the icing did not taste artificial. Thumbs-up from the Asia City crew! This is the start of an exciting journey for the Sweet Secrets’ baking team and myself personal as we learn, as babies do, the challenges and excitement for a new realm of baking to cater for not just the satisfactions of the visual and palate but of health.
