This range of gluten-free cupcakes are baked with raw coconut sugar and cold-pressed virgin coconut oil (VCO), which means much health benefits. All frostings are sweetened with coconut sugar, giving it a natural brownish look.
Coconut Sugar – very low glycemic index and will not spike blood sugar especially for diabetics and children.
VCO – contains lauric acid, a superfood which is a natural anti-biotic. The fat is utilized immediately and not store to cause a tummy.
